Help?

I started this blog because I wanted to be able to express who I am and say things that are personal, almost as a therapy. My problem is that I don't know how to do this. The fifty things post was good like that, and the ritual one, but I am stuck and don't know what to write about. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them!

  • imagine you are talking to a friend, writing a letter. This person hasn't seen you in a while, but once upon a time you practicaly knew what the other thought. You want to catch that person up with you.

Then start writing. And keep writing, as often as you can. Don't judge what you write. You'll do ok.

  • being stuck on a jury with several extremely different people taught me that almost everyone likes to talk about food...

or cartoons of religious figures have been known to get some 'buzz' going!

  • You could always take some random online personality quiz and talk about the results. It's not a good long-term formula, but it's a start.

Coming from a large family, you must have some great stories...

  • Sarah J., I think you're doing great as it is! But if you seriously need ideas...

Be true to your title and post your thoughts. Ask your readers for their thoughts. Make it interactive.

Dang, I ought to take my own advice! I have trouble coming up with blog-worthy ideas too.

  • Thanks for all of your suggestions. I've been really busy lately and haven't had time to even think about having something to say. Luckily today I had a breakthrough! Yay! I love feeling like an expert on anything!
